Are your products organic?

We only use the highest quality organic products, but we are not certified organic at this time. All items we do use are certified organic. 

My products weren't handled with care.

We are so sorry to hear that your package from our door to your door had some boo-boos. Please take a photo of the contents/damage, along with your order and please email us at tracey@onboardorganics.com so we can rectify this as quick as possible. 

My order shows delivered, but wasn't/ stolen package..

While we sympathize with orders that get taken, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages. We encourage you to speak with the shipping service (UPS or USPS) and follow their instructions regarding lost packages or filing a claim with them.

I would like to make a custom order for a special moment.

We love customer orders! We treat your special moment with care, and like to get to know you and what your looking for. We offer special labeling and wrapping for events. Please email tracey@onboardorganics.com with your contact information.

Do your products really treat my skin concerns?

Thank you for asking! First, we love our products and have seen an outpouring of positive results. But they are not a cure-all and we always advise to seek medical treatment from your medical professional with any concerns. 

On Board Organic Skincare, LLC is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that will cause a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if you have any concerns. Discontinue if a reaction occurs.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Unused and unopened products can be exchanged for another item of your choice, or store credit. 

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us at tracey@onboardorganics.com with your order number and question or concerns so we can rectify the problem quickly. We take customer service and satisfaction seriously, and only want our best for you. 

Please understand that all our products are handmade in small batches, so there will be slight variations from product to product.
